First snowfall!

This photo taken by Shirley over two weeks ago of the first snow that stayed on the trees and ground. I haven’t had much opportunity to post pics, nor work on the web cam; still an enigma! Second cam will be up-and-running(!), but not for another month or so at Dave Fickenscher’s. I’m planning an extended month’s tour via Amtrak to all four corners of the U.S. After my daughter’s death (Beth), I need to get away and collect my thoughts; ironically trying to get my mind off the tragedy and its aftermath.

May I add here that I appreciate all the sympathy cards and emails; they were very comforting, at a trying time.

With that said, we’re trying to get back to what to some semblance of normalcy with this first snowy photo; a pic of things to come! Roger
