Hi, Folks!
Well, it’s that time of year again – and I am already in the middle of producing this year’s show. This year, with the problems concering gas and other financial problems our “wonderful” government continues to impose upon us, I understand the problems regarding donations and support. However, I will be having a raffle again as well as getting “corporate sponsorships” from around the lake as well as other businesses from other communities; like Yancy Powersports and a friend of mine from Green Bay. As well I will put the donation buckets out, but the main support comes from word of mouth.
This year is a little different in that aside from financial support I will accept firework donations; that is, if you have some fireworks that you think I can incorporate into the show, bring them by and I will note you down as a donator. Even if I do not or cannot use the fireworks donated, I can always use them as raffle prizes . . .
The theme this year is rather medieval, magical, and dragon-ish in nature – not to be missed! Only continued support can ensure as always a good show
The show is slated for Friday, July 4th, about 10 pm, with Saturday night (5th) as a backup/rainout date.
Thanx again, as always, to everyone who enjoys and supports the show. It may be my hobby, but it’s OUR show! Thanx folks!

PS: It has been brought to my attention that the word is out regarding that Kelly Lake has the only community driven/sponsored 4th of July celebration throughout the entire county of Oconto. In short, WE do our own thing within our own community rather than hiring someone from “outside” to come in and entertain us. Also keep in mind that LOTS of people from all over the county and other outside-county towns come to see the show every year. That’s all YOU, folks. It’s about ALL of us!
Kelly Lake is the best!!!
