Shirley and I were on vacation to Vegas and sights out west, including Utah, Nevada and Arizona! Awesome! My high school buddy is Area Manager of Hoover Dam and gave us special tour to the bowels of the Dam (security is tight, as one could imagine). Yes, I’m frustrated with the cam; can’t seem to get it online; I know it’s missed. Want to get the POTD (Picture Of The Day) back on; Shirley has some neat photos. By the way, I won $4875 in Vegas. CORRECTION! I misplaced the decimal point; it was $48.75! Glad to see people are happy kellylake.net is up-and-running again! Funding is coming in and much appreciated. Ah Ha!
I knew you would figure it out Rog!
Now, you need to figure out the image uploading portion and post a few pics of the fall colors. It’s very easy:
1. Reduce the image size to 640×480 using Photoimpact with the “keep aspect ratio” option checked.
2. Save the image at 75% reduction, jpg format to a noted location on your local drive.
3. Open the website & log in.
4. Start a new post or edit and exiting post.
5. Right under the main editing window, you will find an area for uploading images, use the BROWSE button to browse to your local drive where the image file exists, then enter some descriptive text in the two fields (optional but helpful in the search function), then hit the UPLOAD button.
Once the image is uploaded, it will reside in a library or your owm images.
To place the image in your post, just select the image from the library and click, Send to Editor.
