These pics and text sent from Don Baryenbruch. I had to share them with you because many don’t know the ravage the Great Lakes can incur. We sailed over the Fitzgerald in ’96; it went down in November of ’75 off of Whitefish Point on Lake Superior, taking 29 crew members to their icy graves–never to be recovered. The Edmund was 726′ long:
