In my opinion, the best Kelly Lake fireworks show ever! Biner’s Boomers’ 4th of July fireworks show brought Micky Mouse and “Disney” to new heights as the rocket’s percussions were heard and the concussions felt over Kelly Lake late Friday night, July 3rd!… the night sky endlessly illuminated in an array of colorful bursts seen and heard I suspect for miles.
The Micky Mouse Club theme song, both opening and ending of the show, brought back fond memories for all of us old “Mouseketeers”, remembering what seemed to be a period of a simpler childhood, and full of fun and carefree days.
A dazzling display of rockets fired on a perfectly calm and clear night–under a full moon, the man-in-the-moon seemingly looking down with an “ouuhh and an ahhh”–left one in awe… mesmerized by the bursts of rapid explosions and the booming of reports while a flotilla of boats witnessed the Independence Day celebration under the stars and an eye-in-the-sky soaring drone; a spectacular flurry and fury of fireworks!
The fireworks display was choreographed by Biner (Kelly Lake’s Brian Neubauer) with songs from Disney movies; a classy use of a classic era.
But let us not forget the Day we remember those who fought for our Independence; that united thirteen colonies–growing to fifty states–making our country 244 years old as of 2020! Biners Boomers was a sensational reminder of the “rocket’s red glare, the bombs bursting in air…”
A great theme and a spectacular show by Biner—In my opinion! Thanks, Biner, for a wonderful Fourth of July production!
