Bright and clear, the nearly pure-white full moon hung like a huge globe, illuminating the landscape and reflecting off the snow and ice with a brilliant glow one could almost read by! With good fortune, the nights have been clear, hopefully long enough to witness a lunar eclipse Friday evening:
Stellar events include another full moon and comet on Saturday.
